One of the Best in the Nation
The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) has determined that when it comes to overall quality of care, Maple City Health Care Center is one of the highest performing health centers in the nation.
NACHC based their determination on the 2019 data that we submitted to HRSA through the Uniform Data System (UDS). NACHC looked at performance data related to six high-cost, high burden conditions:
- colorectal cancer screening
- cervical cancer screening
- diabetes
- hypertension
- obesity
- depression
NACHC found that MCHCC’s results were among the top ten in the nation.
“This is a tremendous accomplishment,” said the announcement from NACHC. “This high level of performance across multiple measures speaks to your health center’s success in implementing system-wide approaches to performance improvement and quality.”
The National Association of Community Health has invited Maple City Health Care Center to share our approaches in the Elevate 2022, a national learning forum.
